Beach Bluff Park and the adjacent parking lot are owned by the Clifton Improvement Association (CIA) and are maintained by private funds generated through membership, donations and gifts. The CIA provides open access to Preston Beach, beach parking in our lot on Atlantic and Seaview Avenues, and advocacy for the coastal environment.

As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the CIA preserves, protects and improves the scenic, historic, and natural character of the local open and public spaces through improvements, information, education, and advocacy. The CIA is run entirely by a volunteer board of directors.
