What is this?
Presented by Sustainable Marblehead: Paul Greenberg is an American author focusing on ocean and environmental issues. His book, Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food, was a New York Times best seller, and was followed by American Catch and The Omega Principle. Paul will talk about the American fishing industry, wild and farmed, and why we should be eating seafood from American waters. Note that there is a cost for this series.
