Now is the perfect time to balance the activity and high energy of summer with some stillness, mindful breathing and quieting of the mind.

There’s nothing quite like taking your meditation practice outdoors and enlivening your senses with the feel of the breeze or sunshine on your skin, the beautiful sights and smells, and the sounds of birds, waves and people having fun nearby.

The class is free and open to all, beginner and seasoned meditators alike. Please bring a cushion, block, towel or mat to sit on if you want some support, otherwise take the opportunity to connect with the earth!

Look for us at the sun circle at Preston Beach where there will be a welcome flag.

No registration required, just turn up if the fancy strikes you! The session will be cancelled in the event of rain.
